About Me
I am a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon who cares for patients with blood vessel problems, including narrowed or blocked arteries, and diseases of the veins that carry blood back to the heart. I treat a wide range of vascular issues, including carotid disease, peripheral arterial disease, abdominal aneurysm, chronic venous insufficiency and hemodialysis access. I perform minimally invasive procedures, as well as traditional open surgery.
I enjoy working with my team and other providers to create the best care plan for each patient. Along with performing surgery, I help patients understand what can cause vascular problems and the importance of lifestyle changes, such as diet, exercise and quitting smoking. Together, we focus on ways to improve their quality of life.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family. In addition to English, I speak fluent Spanish.
